The place was clean with a pleasant and incredible staff. Comprehensive breakfast for the start of the day with the world's best omelets and the gluten-free options. Absolutely great and fabulous hotel in a central location in the center of downtown. Close enough to the harbor, BC Museum, many tourist spots, restaurants & shops, and many local attractions.

Our room had a beautiful view, was comfortable, modern, and well-maintained.- The hotel's location near Victoria was perfect for attending the 37th Annual World Airline Road Race hosted by Air Canada & JAZZ Aviation, as well as being close to restaurants, bars, shops, malls.

The location is unique, the entire inner city area is within walking distance. Just great. The rooms were generously cut and not used. The hotel's not sensitive, so we got a great night's sleep. Victoria is a beautiful city that can only be recommended. Next year we will come back to Vancouver Island and will stop at this hotel again. On VI one should also take time for the area around Tofino.

The queen room had amazing views and comfortable beddings. the hotel was conveniently located near all attractions, including the harbour and downtown Victoria. We enjoyed the Greek cuisine in the restaurant. Overall, everything was good for a very comfortable stay with great value.
